The Number One Florist in County Kerry, Ireland for Flowers and Flower Gifts
Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
As of 6th June our shop is open again to the public, in line with Government advice.
When delivering, the following are the guidelines we are following;
· Place the flowers in a suitably safe place.
· Ring the doorbell to alert the recipient that the delivery has taken place and then stand back two metres from the door in case the recipient answers.
· If the door is not opened post a calling card through to door to advise where the flowers have been left.
· Follow the delivery instruction as stated on the sender’s order.
If the recipient chooses to open the door stay at least two metres away while communicating with the recipient, ensuring the delivery service is truly contact free.
At The Shop
You can sanitize on entry and exit
Only 5 people max in the shop to allow for social distancing.
You do not have to enter the shop to collect your flowers.
Card readers are sanitized, should you need to key in your PIN
The Delivery itself
If you or your recipient is particularly concerned about receiving a personal delivery, then you have the option of requesting that the flowers are left in a safe place (porch, at the back of house, a shed, etc.)
As you check out on your order, just use the ’Any special delivery instructions?’ text box to let us know where you’d like Eleanor’s to leave your delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.
