Contactless deliveries
When delivering, the following are the guidelines we are following; · Place the flowers in a suitably safe place. · Ring the doorbell to alert the recipient that the delivery has taken place and then stand back two metres from the door in case the recipient answers. · If the door is not opened post a calling card through to door to advise where the flowers have been left. · Follow the delivery instruction as stated on the sender’s order.
If the recipient chooses to open the door stay at least two metres away while communicating with the recipient, ensuring the delivery service is truly contact free.
The Delivery itself If you or your recipient is particularly concerned about receiving a personal delivery, then you have the option of requesting that the flowers are left in a safe place (porch, at the back of house, a shed, etc.) As you check out on your order, just use the ’Any special delivery instructions?’ text box to let us know where you’d like Eleanor’s to leave your delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.
Changing an order you may have placed If you have already placed an order with us and are aware that the delivery location is now closed due to the Coronavirus or that the intended recipient has gone into self-isolation please email us at covidupdate@eleanors.ie and we will be happy to amend the delivery instructions on your order. You can also place a message on our facebook page. There is the shop phone too, 066 7121139
